E-mail Lists

West Campus Point has two community e-mail lists. When you first move in, please let a Board member know to add your household to the Roster. You should also follow the instructions to join the “Announcements” list, and we recommend you join “community” one as well–you can always remove yourself. As a member, you can search the logs for recommendations about repairs and maintenance.

  • WCP Community (community discussion)
    • This list is for WCP homeowners to send messages to one another about topics of mutual interest.
    • Only members of the list can post or receive list messages.
    • Most residents are on it.
    • To subscribe:
      • Go to groups.google.com/group/wcpcommunity, log in (if you don’t have a google login, create one–with ANY email address and self-selected password, does NOT need to be gmail) and submit a request to join. OR
      • Send an email message to the group manager with your name, unit number, email address, and UCSB affiliation, and that person can send you an invitation with a link.
  • WCP Announcements (announcements from the Board)
    • This list is used by the West Campus Point Homeowners Association Board of Directors to send announcements to homeonwers.
    • Postings can only be made by members of the Board or the property manager.
    • It is an obligatory e-mail list for homeowners at West Campus Point.
    • To subscribe:
      • Go to groups.google.com/group/wcpannouncements, log in (if you don’t have a google login, create one–with ANY email address and self-selected password, does NOT need to be gmail) and submit a request to join. OR
      • Send an email message to the group manager with your name, unit number, email address, and UCSB affiliation.
    • Please do not unsubscribe (unless you are moving away).
