    • Note that this policy covers only the structure of your unit.  All homeowners are encouraged to purchase individual “Homeowners Insurance” to cover the contents of their units.
    • When shopping, be sure to let your agent know that the HOA’s policy is “walls-in”, as detailed on page 109 of the PDF, posted here separately for your reference.
